recipes that don’t require raising , as well as 10-30% addition for
products requiring raising or to all the heavier flours, where it
lightens the result and also contributes to the binding properties
needed for successful gluten – free baking. Also used for Ámala Lafun' in SW Nigeria
Colour – White, Has no taste, Stone-free, No artificial Sweetener or Flavour. Made from white cassava.
