  • Cancelling an Order

    You can cancel items or orders that haven't yet entered the shipping process by contacting us ASAP via the Ologroup Customer Care by dialing +2348160596104.  We will verify the status of your order and make sure that it is not subject to any fees.
    Restocking fees up to 20% may apply for special orders and large quantity order cancellations, if a purchase has already been processed specifically for you at the factory.
    We put a lot of effort into delivering our products rapidly therefore, it may happen that your order has already entered the shipping process when you contact us. If this should occur and you still wish to return a product, please refer to the Returns  section. Ologroup  reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases where an account has an outstanding balance.
