Toplife®Vitamin A Cassava Flour ,Bio-fortified, organic, Yellow, Gluten – Free, lower fat and calorie density than other flours, neutral taste, can be used to thicken sauces or to form burgers,  can replace grain flours in recipes that don’t require raising , as well as 10-30% addition for products requiring raising or  to all the heavier flours, where it lightens the result and also contributes to the binding properties needed for successful gluten – free baking
